Shayne Millington, Chief Creative Officer and creative leader based in New York, is a force in the advertising and creative industry. She has deep experience across brand storytelling, entertainment, design, and innovation, and most recently served as Chief Creative Officer of McCann New York, one of the largest full-service agencies in the world.

At McCann, Shayne led a 200+ person creative department through a significant period of transformation—building the talent, culture, and infrastructure to consistently deliver breakthrough, business-driving work across categories and mediums. Under her leadership, McCann New York became the most awarded agency in the network, named Agency of the Year by Cannes Lions, the Effies, Campaign, and Fast Company, and recognized as one of the Most Innovative Agencies in the world.

Shayne’s career is defined by outstanding achievements, including being named among Cannes Lions and The One Show's top 5 Chief Creative Officers globally. She has also been named ADWEEK's Agency All-Star Creative of the Year, Campaign’s Creative of the Year 2025, Creative Top 100, and Agency Leaders to Watch. Her work has been recognized with multiple prestigious awards, including several D&AD Black Pencils, Cannes Lions Titanium, Grand Prix, and Innovation awards, as well as two Tribeca Short Film Awards. She also earned a Penta Pencil for her work with Microsoft—an honor that celebrates five years of outstanding creativity and partnership between a brand and its agency. She has also won multiple Grand Clios, Effie Best of Show, Webby, Andys, and the Marketer of the Year Award for Microsoft in Cannes, along with numerous other accolades across the industry’s most prestigious shows.

Beyond her professional accolades, Shayne is an influential voice in the advertising industry, serving as a judge for high-profile awards like Cannes Lions, One Show, and the Clios, among others. She has been a speaker at industry events like SXSW, Adweek, AdAge, and Contagious, sharing her insights on the future of creativity and innovation. Her work has been featured in major publications, including The New York Times, WSJ, Forbes, Fast Company, and Monocle, highlighting her impact and thought leadership.

Her leadership is rooted in pushing the boundaries of what is possible with creativity and brands. The belief that creativity isn’t just how a brand looks—it’s how it lives in culture, how it behaves, what it stands for, and the conversations it starts.

Shayne’s work and legacy go beyond creativity—it’s about impact. Her ideas move past marketing into something deeper: connection, relevance, and impact. She’s not interested in chasing trends—she’s focused on building brands people believe in. The kind that show up with meaning, move with intention, and make themselves impossible to ignore.

Her approach fuels business success and embeds the brand into the culture of the people it serves. She has brought this vision to life for numerous Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft, Verizon, Nike, Coca-Cola, Target, Smirnoff, Ulta, TJX, and Prudential.

Shayne lives in a home full of boys, with her two sons Cormac and Alder, a French bulldog named Luther and her insanely patient husband, Collin.
